Security at West Vanta

Optional app-based two-factor authentication, a live list of active devices, and the ability to sign out of every other device instantly. You receive an email whenever your account is signed into.

Transfers require your transaction PIN plus a confirmation of transfer code emailed to you. PINs and codes are stored as one-way hashes, and repeated failures lock the PIN temporarily.

Freeze and unfreeze cards instantly, view only masked details in the app, and request a replacement if a card is lost.

Staff access is role based. Balance changes, status changes, card issuance, loan decisions and verification reviews are all recorded in an immutable audit log.

If you see activity you do not recognise, freeze your cards, change your password and contact support immediately.
